Genetic Diversity and DNA Fingerprinting in Broccoli Carrying Multiple Clubroot Resistance Genes Based on SSR Markers

To identify cultivars quickly and accurately, DNA fingerprinting of 10 broccoli varieties was performed by using simple sequence repeat (SSR) marker technology. Highly informative polymorphic SSR markers were screened rapeseed. Out the 93 pairs, 21 pairs selected found to have good polymorphism. Each pair generated 1 bands with an average 4.29. The polymorphism information content (PIC) 0.41 a range from 0.16 0.95. Six established accessions their unique fingerprints. Cluster analysis showed that genetic similarity coefficient between 0.57 0.91. They can be divided into 3 groups at (GSC) 0.73. above results indicated could provide scientific basis for identification polymerized multiple clubroot resistance genes. Research shows marker-based further ensures plant seed purity.
